This spiced apple bread is made with chopped apples, raisins, pecans, cinnamon, and other spices. A great fall quick bread, this recipe makes two loaves, so you can freeze one for later.

Thinly sliced turkey cutlets make a great alternative to boneless chicken or veal. Serve this turkey with hot cooked angel hair pasta or thin spaghetti and crusty bread or a tossed green salad for a great family meal.

Plan to start the sauce a little early, since it takes about 30 minutes to caramelize the onions. Feel free to use a little dry white wine in place of some of the chicken broth. The sauce and onions can be made earlier in the day; refrigerate until you start the pork chops.
