This ham and hash brown casserole is loaded with flavor, and it's a great way to use leftover ham. This casserole is made with hash browns, thawed spinach, diced ham, and a homemade Cheddar cheese sauce. Feel free to use refrigerated hash browns in place of the frozen thawed hash browns.
