Homemade Peach Cobbler

Here are two peach cobbler recipes, one using canned peaches and the other one using fresh peaches. Both cobblers are baked in a 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish with a soft dough crust.
Top warm peach cobbler off with a dollop of sweetened and flavored whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
