Chicken and Zucchini Skillet

This chicken and zucchini skillet dish is delicious, and it's so quick and easy to prepare. Chicken breast halves are browned then simmered with sliced fresh zucchini and tomatoes, then the chicken is topped with cheese. Serve this dish with rice, pasta, or baked potatoes.
