Chicken and Macaroni Bake

This is a tasty chicken and macaroni casserole with a smoked Gouda cheese sauce, seasonings, and frozen peas and carrots. Feel free to replace the Gouda cheese with a sharp Cheddar, and if you're pressed for time, use purchased roasted or grilled chicken cubes or a rotisserie chicken.
