Delicious veal chops are seasoned and cooked in a skillet or grill pan, and they're served with a tasty Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and a little garlic.A delicious meal for 4, this recipe can easily be scaled back to serve 2 people. Serve these veal chops with a tossed salad, rice or baked potatoes, and your favorite side vegetable.
