Pork Tenderloin With Chipotle Chile Sauce

If you like hot and spicy flavors, add an extra finely chopped chipotle pepper and a little more of the adobo sauce. Serve this tasty pork with potatoes and corn, or choose your family's favorite vegetables or a tossed or chopped salad.
