Sausage and Apple Dressing With Cranberries

Apples and cranberries give this basic sausagebread dressing extra flavor. Add 1/2 cup of pecans to this dressing if you like a little crunch. Use this bread dressing to stuff a 12- to 14-pound turkey or bake it in a pan in the oven.
