Cranberry Cornmeal Scones

Wednesday November 19, 2008
Cranberry Cornmeal Scones These scones are packed with dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and orange zest, and a little cornmeal gives them an interesting flavor and texture. Make these delicious scones for tea, or make them for a brunch or breakfast treat. Feel free to add an extra tablespoon or two of sugar for sweeter scones.

Virtual Cookie Exchange- Our Guide to Australian & New Zealand cuisine has a delicious cookie recipe to share with us for Chocolate Oat Cookies. These delicious cookies are simple and fun to make. You can decorate them with smarties, colored sprinkles or nuts.
