Hot 'n Sweet Pepper and Onion Meat Loaf

This is a flavorful meatloaf made with sweet bell pepper relish, lean ground beef, and lean fresh-ground pork loin. Use a meat grinder or food processor to grind the pork loin. Use prepared pepper relish or use your own with this recipe for Sweet Pepper Relish.
