Eggnog Pudding Cake

Commercial purchased eggnog makes this an easy dessert to prepare for the holidays, and beaten egg whites make it lighter than many cakes. Serve these individual pudding cakes with a simple vanilla sauce or rum sauce, or top with a dollop of whipped cream with a grating of fresh nutmeg.
