Asparagus With Mustard Vinaigrette

Asparagus With VinaigretteDelicious fresh steamed or grilled asparagus spears are served with a vinaigrette made with Creole mustard and Champagne vinegar. Feel free to substitute a white wine or rice wine vinegar for the Champagne vinegar, and a spicy brown mustard can be used in place of the Creole mustard.
