Spaghetti and Meatballs

These delicious meatballs are fabulous in a homemade Bolognese style sauce. The sauce is made with a little bacon and chopped vegetables. Make this sauce and meatball mixture to serve over your spaghetti or serve the meatballs and sauce on buns for fabulous meatball sandwiches. This recipe makes a big batch, perfect for holiday guests, but feel free to freeze half for another day if your family is smaller.
