Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

This is a delicious chicken gumbo the whole family will enjoy, or double and serve to a crowd for game day, Mardi Gras, or other special gathering or party. This gumbo is wonderful with hot boiled rice and crusty buttered bread or rolls.
