Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Apricot preserves, sesame oil, and rice vinegar give these great-tasting meatballs fabulous flavor. Serve the meatballs from a slow cooker as an appetizer, or serve with rice for a tasty family meal. The meatballs are easy to fix and bake, but if you're short on time, use purchased prepared meatballs.
