Beer and Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese

A crunchy pretzel crumb mixture tops this tasty beer and Cheddar macaroni and cheese. The recipe is easy to fix and bake, and can be used as a side dish or main dish. I used stout in this mac and cheese, but a lighter beer would taste great as well.
