Guinness Stout adds flavor to this hearty, delicious beef stew. Use beef round or cubed lean chuck in this recipe. It's an excellent stew to enjoy with crusty rolls or biscuits and a salad, and it can be prepared a day or two ahead for a busy weekday meal.
