- 12 ounces blue cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- pepper, to taste
- chopped walnuts or pecans
Combine blue cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl; blend with a fork. Blend in milk, wine, and pepper.
Spoon into a serving dish and top with a few chopped pecans or walnuts.
Serve with chips, vegetable dippers, or crackers.
Makes about 2 1/4 cups of blue cheese dip.
