Blue Cheese Dip

This blue cheese dip is made with chopped walnuts or pecans.

  • 12 ounces blue cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • pepper, to taste
  • chopped walnuts or pecans
Combine blue cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl; blend with a fork. Blend in milk, wine, and pepper. Spoon into a serving dish and top with a few chopped pecans or walnuts. Serve with chips, vegetable dippers, or crackers.

Makes about 2 1/4 cups of blue cheese dip.
