- 2 to 3 pounds boneless pork ribs, country-style
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon instant minced onions, or 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 jar (12 ounces) mushroom gravy
- 1 to 2 cups frozen French style green beans, thawed (put in a colander and run hot water over them)
