Raspberry Wine Vinaigrette

A raspberry wine vinaigrette, shared by Chilipepper.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 (17 oz.) bottles white wine vinegar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Pour through a wire mesh strainer; discard solids. Pour into jars or bottles. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Makes about 5 cups.
