Cook Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can cranberry sauce (16oz) jellied
- 1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
- 2 large cans pork & beans, undrained (28 to 32 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 6 slices bacon, halved
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine cranberry sauce, tomato sauce, beans, mustard & onion. Place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Lay bacon over top of beans. Sprinkle with brown sugar over all. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 12 to 16 servings.Shared by Sharon
