PREPARATION:Boil beans in 4 cups
salted water for about 1 hour, until tender.
Meanwhile saute onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Add crumbled bacon to sauce. Drain beans and add to sauce mixture. Bake in
oven at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
