Joan's Garlic Cheese Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

PREPARATION:

Combine Bisquick, milk, and shredded cheese; mix into a soft dough then beat hard for about 20 seconds. Drop dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes. Combine garlic powder with melted butter; brush over hot biscuits.
