This is a bread machine recipe using lemon and vanilla extract.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant mashed potato flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter (4 ounces)
  • 1 cup warm water
