Ingredients:
- 1 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. chopped oregano
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 c. olive oil
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients except oil together. Blend until smooth in food processor. Slowly add oil while blending. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.Shared by Burbage.
