INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 TB. brown sugar
  • 2 TB. cider vinegar
  • 2 TB. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced, or use equivalent dried granules or powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • pork roast, loin, pork shoulder, etc.
