Crockpot Short Ribs and Rice

This crockpot short ribs recipe was shared on our forum by Maadhatter

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 to 3 lbs short ribs
  • 1 can condensed onion soup
  • 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • * 1 cup beef bouillon (I prefer low-salt variety)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce (I prefer 1 1/2 tsp!!)
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
