Tangy Pot Roast Recipe with Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large top sirloin beef roast, about 3 to 4 pounds
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic seasoning
  • 2 medium onions, cut in wedges
  • 1/3 cup vinaigrette (sun dried tomato, balsamic, your choice)
  • 2 packages brown gravy mix, 1 1/4 ounce each
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
