Saucy Maple Country-Style Ribs

Cook Time: 8 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion, or use fresh
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • dash of pepper

Preparation:

Place pork in the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Serves 4.
