Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 to 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 3 tsp. beef bouillon
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 cup (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 c. diced green pepper (optional)
Preparation:
In a skillet, sauté ground turkey and mushrooms in butter until mushrooms are tender and turkey is browned. Add all ingredients to the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.Serve with crusty rolls or garlic bread.
Serves 4 to 6.
