Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
Preparation:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Mix all other ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve over hot dogs with mustard, ketchup, onions.
