Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 (16 oz) cans whole beets, drained
Preparation:
Mix sugar and flour and stir in the water and vinegar. Place beets in slow cooker; stir in vinegar and sugar mixture. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.4 to 6 servings
