INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Put beans, ham, and crawfish in crockpot with water to cover, and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
In a Dutch oven, saute onion, garlic, and smoked sausage.
When the onions are translucent add beans to pot along with 3/4 cup of rice and simmer until rice is tender. Serve this with cornbread, sourdough, french, or bar-b-que bread and a cold glass of ice tea. If you put a spoon of this on your head, your tongue would slap your eyeballs out getting to it.
