Crockpot Chili Dogs

This chili dogs recipe combines hot dogs with chili with beans and chili powder, onions and cheese.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound hot dogs
  • 1 large onion, chopped finely
  • 2 cans chili with beans (15 oz each)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • hot dog rolls

PREPARATION:

Combine hot dogs, chopped onion, chili, and chili powder in the slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 9 hours, or high 3 to 4 hours. Spoon sauce over hot dogs in rolls and top each with a little shredded cheese. Serves 6 to 8.
