Michigan Baked Beans

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large can or jar (48 ounces) Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (14 oz) bottle ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 large sweet onion, chopped

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients; mix gently but well. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 9 to 12 hours, or on high 5 to 6 hours.
10 to 12 servings.
