Ingredients:
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup quick barley
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 8 to 12 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker/Crock Pot; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.Serves 4 to 6.
