Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins (1 1/2 to 2 lbs total)
- 1 large onion, halved and cut in 1/4-inch slices
- 2 apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons apple jelly
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker/Crock Pot (brown pork if desired). Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serve with rice.Serves 4 to 6.
