Ingredients:
- 1 boneless pot roast, about 3 to 4 pounds
- 1 pkg. au jus mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix (1/2 ounce)
- 1 (10.5 oz.) can beef broth
- 1/2 soup can water
Preparation:
Place roast in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 11 hours, until beef is tender.
