Easy Beef Pot Roast

Easy pot roast with beef broth and Italian salad dressing mix.

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless pot roast, about 3 to 4 pounds
  • 1 pkg. au jus mix (about 1 oz)
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix (1/2 ounce)
  • 1 (10.5 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1/2 soup can water

Preparation:

Place roast in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 11 hours, until beef is tender.
