Easy crockpot chili recipe, made with lean ground beef and tomatoes, along with pinto beans and chopped vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground round
2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with onion and garlic
2 cans (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 envelope McCormick chili seasoning
garlic powder to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon
2 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Brown the hamburger with the onion. Drain. Add hamburger and rest of
ingredients to slow cooker/Crock Pot (or other methods maybe used) and cook on low 8
to 10 hours.
