Ingredients:
- 16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 4 to 6 ounces sliced lean corned beef, diced
- 4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese (may use reduced fat), shredded
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing, low-fat or fat free
Preparation:
In slow cooker/Crock Pot, combine sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese. Blend in Thousand Island dressing. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.Serves 3 to 4.
