Crockpot Beef Stew With Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 to 12 small new potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 4 to 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms (button mushrooms, shiitake, crimini, or other fresh mushrooms)
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried leaf marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
