INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Let beans soak overnight in the refrigerator; drain. Put beans in a Dutch oven; cover with fresh water. Simmer beans until tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Put all ingredients in slow cooker with beans and their water; cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
If the beans are cooked but the juices are too thin, you may have to boil the beans on the stove until it
is thicker. Serve over rice.
