By Diana Rattray, About.com

The whipped topping is decorated to resemble ghosts.

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk, whole or reduced fat
  • 2 packages (4 serving size) instant chocolate fudge pudding or chocolate
  • 1 medium container whipped topping (Cool Whip), 12 ounces
  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, 14 to 16 ounces
  • small candies for eyes, such as mini chips

Preparation:

Pour cold milk into a large mixing bowl; add both packages of pudding. With an electric hand-held mixer, beat for 2 minutes. Stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping and half of the crushed cookie crumbs. Spoon 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs and 1/2 cup pudding into 15 individual dessert cups. Top with remaining cookie crumbs. Decorate with remaining whipped topping dropped by spoonful, to resemble ghosts. Decorate with the small candy "eyes."
Serves 15.
