Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups cold milk, whole or reduced fat
- 2 packages (4 serving size) instant chocolate fudge pudding or chocolate
- 1 medium container whipped topping (Cool Whip), 12 ounces
- 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, 14 to 16 ounces
- small candies for eyes, such as mini chips
Preparation:
Pour cold milk into a large mixing bowl; add both packages of pudding. With an electric hand-held mixer, beat for 2 minutes. Stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping and half of the crushed cookie crumbs. Spoon 2 tablespoons cookie crumbs and 1/2 cup pudding into 15 individual dessert cups. Top with remaining cookie crumbs. Decorate with remaining whipped topping dropped by spoonful, to resemble ghosts. Decorate with the small candy "eyes."Serves 15.
