 Flatten half of the meatloaf mixture into a circle on a piece of foil, then add the layers. Use as much or as little mustard and ketchup as you like, and substitute other ingredients for the pickles or tomatoes if your family doesn't like one of the veggies. Finally the cheese layer and more dabs of mustard and ketchup. A little mayonnaise or special sauce á la Big Mac might be good choices, too. The second half of meatloaf mixture is formed into a ball and flattened on a separate piece of foil, then placed on the stuffing mixture.
