INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Cream butter and brown sugar together. Beat in molasses and egg yolks;
add sour cream and beat until light. In another bowl, combine flour,
baking powder, baking soda, ginger, salt, and cinnamon. Stir gradually
into the sugar-butter mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter. Fold in nuts and pour into a greased 9x9x2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar over cooled cake.
