Ranch Style Ribs Recipe

Flavorful country style pork ribs with homemade barbecue sauce.

Cook Time: 8 hours

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 country-style pork ribs
  • 1 bottle ketchup, (16oz)
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation:

Lightly brown ribs under broiler.
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, onion soup mix, red wine vinegar, corn syrup, peanut oil, and mustard. Bring to a boil; simmer for 2 minutes. Put ribs in slow cooker with sauce and cook on LOW for about 8 to 10 hours or until meat is tender.
Serves 4.
