Cook Time: 8 hours
Ingredients:
- 8 to 10 country-style pork ribs
- 1 bottle ketchup, (16oz)
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation:
Lightly brown ribs under broiler.In a saucepan, combine ketchup, onion soup mix, red wine vinegar, corn syrup, peanut oil, and mustard. Bring to a boil; simmer for 2 minutes. Put ribs in slow cooker with sauce and cook on LOW for about 8 to 10 hours or until meat is tender.
