Cinnamon Pound Cake

This pound cake recipe is made with a yellow cake mix and cinnamon and sour cream and baked in a bundt pan.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 box butter cake mix, (18oz)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • .
  • Cinnamon-sugar mix:
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

PREPARATION:

Combine cake mix, oil, sour cream, sugar, and eggs. Pour half the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture on the batter. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
