PREPARATION:Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Measure remaining ingredients
into a well in center of the dry ingredients. Stir just until all flour is
moistened. Fill 12 greased muffin cups or paper liners about 2/3 full. Bake at 450° for
18 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins. If using self-rising flour, omit the baking powder and salt.
