Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 30 small foil candy cups

Preparation:

Combine the chocolate chips, 2/3 cup peanut butter, and butter in a large glass measure. Microwave on HIGH for about 1 1/2 minutes, until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the bottom of small candy cups. Put the remaining peanut butter (3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon) in a small microwave-save bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Spoon peanut butter over of the chocolate layer in the foil candy cups. Cover with the remaining chocolate mixture. Cool in a covered container.
