Sausage Chowder

A smoked sausage chowder with corn and potato soup. Scroll down to see more chowder recipes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 ounces smoked sausage links, cut in 1/2" slices
  • 1 small green or red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 can creamed corn, 14 to 16 ounces
  • 1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 2/3 cup milk
